Story
When Rebecca finally confronts Brian about not answering his phone, she is interrupted by a city power blackout. Investigating the premises of a power plant exposes them to a substance of unknown origin that may come from outer space. As a result, they are put under quarantine and must work the case from isolation. They also need to solve their own issues. In the meantime, Rachel discovers Brian's stash of NZT pills and starts questioning her brother's association with the FBI.
