Story
The precinct protects its own when Ray Carling's no-good, profiteering kid brother, street gang thug Eddie, a police academy drop-out, avoids arrest by disappearing after the wall Street robbery he's suspected of. Internal Affairs questions Ray, lieutenant Hunt and Sam extensively, then closes the file, but a mystery man in shady control keeps only the tapes of Sam's interrogation.
