Story
Whilst having Sunday dinner at her parents' house Maggie becomes aware that Brenda is having difficulty coping with Eric,who has now been diagnosed as having Alzheimer's Disease and suggests that he come to spend the weekend with her whilst Brenda goes away to the seaside with her friend Nancy. Brenda jumps at the chance but Maggie is shocked to later learn that Brenda actually spent her time away with Frank. Clare warns Maggie that the sympathy she keeps showing Phil could ruin her relationship with Paul but Maggie is not keen to talk about it.
