Story
When a couple is killed, Briscoe and Green investigate. They assume the husband, a scientist doing stem cell research, was the target and the wife a teacher was collateral damage. But when they reexamine what happened, they believe the wife was the target and the husband was just at the wrong place at the wrong time. They learn the woman is a staunch feminist and she's battling a Muslim over women's rights. They try to find the guy and learn he's an American who converted. When they arrest him, the guy is very difficult, going so far as to defend himself. Jack tries to find out why he did it.
