Story
After an Indian attack on a wagon train, Parmalee plans to send the three Rangers to look for the renegades. When a new school teacher, Mr. Pringle, is reported missing, Reese as usual speaks forcing Parmalee to take action he wanted to avoid. The men think Reese is making up his story about a toothache so Parmalee sends him alone to find the schoolmaster. At the Gutters Gulch Depot Reese arrives as Pringle walks in having gotten off the train 40 miles early. Overhearing Reese talk, outlaw Anson Jones hears Pringle is an important person in Laredo. Having been arrested and sent to prison by Reese, he decides with his three friends to capture Pringle for ransom and kill Reese. As Pringle does not know how to ride a horse, the two men are forced to camp overnight and are attacked but Reese wounds Jones. The next morning they track down Doc Severson for Reese's toothache but fall into Jones's hands when they track the doctor to Jones's hideout. It is up to Reese to figure a way out of ...
