Story
During the evening when Slim goes outside he is greeted by a gunman who takes him to the camp of outlaw Gil Harrison. Gil was a war time friend of Slim who once saved his life and the ex-husband of Stacey Bishop, a neighbor. She is marrying Lee Taylor in a couple days at her father's remote but large ranch. Gil wants Slim to know he plans to stop the wedding as he wants Stacey back. Gil blames Stacey's dad Ed Bishop for their divorce. Slim and Daisy are invited to the wedding a day early plus Daisy has made the wedding cake. Slim and Daisy make it to the ranch but find the gate locked and the foreman, Red, won't let them in due to orders from Ed. Stacey rides up from outside the ranch and tells Red to let them in. However, she didn't know they were coming a day early due to a note in the wedding invitation. Turns out Stacey's younger sister, Marilee, has her eyes on Slim.
