Story
In the meantime new players are on the scene: Amilcaro Brenno, the new leading man of the Mafia, and Lorenzo Ribeira, who inherits a huge fortune from his late father collected by illegal drug and arms deals. They are grim enemies, as Brenno has killed Ribeira's family years ago. On the way to the law suit of Espinosa Davide Licata is heavily wounded after an assault. A bullet in his head could not be removed, which may lead to even lethal complications in the future. Espinosa is seriously ill and has only a couple of months to live. He tells Licata that Bellini a photographer, who works for the Mafia, has tried to kill him. Bellini is killed by Santino Rocchi, henchman of Brenno. He forces Bellini's wife to tell the police that she killed her husband. To emphasize his thread he kidnaps her youngest daughter and takes a toy of her with him, which contains the photos, that should have been delivered to Ribeira.
