Story
Having forgotten his special fifteenth anniversary promise, Markus rushes to organize vows renewal the next day. When team Robbe attends the unveiling of the statue portrait for the town square, it is decapitated. They doubts the police's only suspect, old Joris whose kiosk was to be removed to make room for the statue, which has his fingerprints while the severed head is found in his garden.
