Story
When a delivery of powdered morphine is stolen from a pharmaceutical company, Kojak suspects the perpetrators are looking for a buyback. His suspicions are confirmed when the head of the pcompany is contacted with a demand of money for the return of the morphine. Kojak goes undercover as the chemist verifying the morphine before the buyback. The thieves are cautious, and Kojak is able to gather only limited information. The carefully planned heist threatens to unravel, however, when one of the crew overdoses and winds up in the hospital. The man refuses to co-operate, and is released, only to be found murdered. The case's major lead gone, Kojak must find another way to break the case and catch the deadly perpetrators.
