Story
In "Operation: C.A.T.S. (Crazy Aged Tyrant Stinks)", Numbuh 4 accidentally demolishes Numbuh 3's favorite toy and winds up the hands of a creepy old cat lady and her whole mess of cats. In "Operation: P.O.P. (Pre-Teens Oppose Prohibition)", the legal drinking age for soda, especially root beer, has been raised to 13, and the KND have to rely on speakeasies for youngsters to drink the liquids. But it all goes south when the prohibition leader, Mr. Fizz, has an even nastier surprise in store for children everywhere.
