Story
A rock band has moved in next door so there is another thing Ted is not happy about. There is a continuing battle between them and Ted wants them to move out. Ted decides to improve himself and he becomes an athlete, a man of action. Bob wants Ted to invest in radar absorbing paint, designed so that speeding cars will not be detected by the police. The Japanese inventor comes round to the Bullpitt house for a BBQ. Things don't go well when it appears that the inventor is one of the neighbours that Ted is annoying.
