Story
Once again, Ted is having trouble with the Victa and is unable to start it. Rosa puts some petrol in it and she starts the Victa straight away. The tickets for Kingswood Owners Club fancy dress ball have arrived and Ted expects everybody to go - but what to wear. Ted goes as King Felix III from Krasnia. Unfortunately, Ted misread the tickets and it wasn't a fancy dress ball after all. Ted's disguise is too good, and he and Bruno are kidnapped by two revolutionaries thinking that he is the real king. For Ted's release they want a ransom of $1.5 million.
