Story
Lou's dog is fatally wounded when one of the men he's chasing shoots him. Lou decides to drop out of the K-9 when his dog dies. Hank must try to help Lou as he goes looking for the man who killed his dog. Meanwhile, Maggie argues with the meter cop about a broken parking meter and ends up in jail. Hank finds himself not only caring for Stevie, but also in trouble with the Chief who wants Maggie out of jail ASAP. But Maggie refuses to accept bail in order to prove a point.
