Story
Valencia Wells (Alejandra Mikulan), former tenant, is suing Mrs. Ramon, former landlord for $1225. She is asking Mrs Ramon to return her security deposit pay inconvenience fees as promised because when she was about to move, she had to get a hotel, the room wasn't ready on time. Valencia claims after two weeks of living in the room, that her mom suddenly got sick and she needed to move back to Florida. Mrs. Ramon was supposed to return her deposit, but she never did.
