Story
Plaintiff says the Defendent promised to watch their ailing mother while she went on a 4 day cruise but Defendent didn't show up. Consequently she couldn't go on the cruise and there are no refunds. Suing for $670 for the cruise. Defendant says the Plaintiff lives with their mother and is the primary caregiver. Defendant claims she has done more than her share of taking care of their mother over the years and has her own family to care for.
