Story
The DoD has hired a retired SEAL to test and evaluate physical security arrangements; he abducts the wife of the commander of an Army post. Harm, a schoolmate from the Naval Academy, seeks to persuade him to ease up a bit. The admiral in charge of the program assigns one more operation to the consultant, who then, on his own, captures a nuclear attack submarine, mans her, gets her underway, and takes her to sea. Bud serves as the officially assigned lawyer observer for each of those two adventures. Eventually the bad guy unsuccessfully tries to kidnap the wife of the same admiral. Gunny encounters a bit of resistance and resentment, and Lt. Loren Singer arrives at the office.
