Story

Buttterfly collector turns out to have a killer streak when it is revealed by his wife that he prizes an undistinguished species in his collection not for its beauty but because it is the first one he killed and preserved himself. Family rivalry between his young son and daughter come to a crisis when the Brimstone Butterfly is destroyed and the father suspects and punishes his son, but more complex issues arise, with much more serious consequences.
