Story
MAD cat sinks Dr. Claw's new Luxury Submarine, the Loathe Boat, and Talon has to retrieve it from the bottom of the ocean. Chief Quimby tasks Gadget, Penny & Brain to get the sub first. / MAD is after El Pecho's championship belt, constructed of Obscurium (the shiniest metal on Earth). Claw intents to install it on his reflecting dish and use it to light up the moon permanently.
