Story
Philbrick is ordered to investigate Bernard Tippy, a fellow cell member who is suspected of deviant behavior. Philbrick discovers that should the U.S. go to war with the Soviet Union, Tippy would fight with the Americans. Although he is aware that his report is tantamount to a death warrant for Tippy, Philbrick submits an accurate account of his findings only to learn that the whole investigation was a set-up to learn where Herb's true loyalties lay.
