Story
Sir Edward and Jack are on tenterhooks awaiting word on Frere and Avril. Gerald reassures Abby that he will always be her father. Paul Sumner suggests that Emma tell Tom about their relationship. Jack and Sir Edward rush to Ireland after bodies are pulled from the ocean. Abby finds that her parents have changed in her absence. Sir Edward bristles when the doctor orders him away from Frere. Abby stuns Leo by revealing the reason she's staying with Sir Edward. Sir Edward attempts to mend the relationship with his son. Jan decides not to wear her ring until she makes a decision about the proposal. An intruder steals Anna's templates from the design house. Sir Edward counsels Abby about custody of Wiiliam. Sarah subtly blackmails Ken into staying away from Jan. Jack receives grim news regarding Avril's condition.
