Story
Joan Chapman is found on a cliff-top path at the beach. She has been shot in the back of her head. Police suspect that her husband Eddie, the smooth-talking owner of a tennis school, may have killed her, and when he asks his sister-in-law Sally Partridge to sign a money order, she begins to suspect him too. The detectives are unable to prove anything, until a gold necklace brings the real murderer to light. Inspector Connolly retires from the Homicide Squad to take long service leave, and Inspector Fox takes his place as the head of the squad.
