Story
Incorrigible repeat fraud offender Roy Parrish is convicted to life without parole for a murder, but achieves a violent escape, to Lead FBI Agent Kohl's frustration. Roy manages to take Steve and Danny hostage in their police car, demanding at gunpoint they lie him through a roadblock and steal another car so he can prove his innocence. The plan is to force crown witness Kamekona, a construction worker, he lied under oath, but he's absent from the construction site. Even after Steve agrees to continue the investigation when Roy admits it's hopeless to keep them abducted with Lou's team on their tail, Kamekona is found murdered at home by the real killer, fraud mastermind Sullivan, whose goons have an insurance policy: Roy's kidnapped estranged adult daughter Lauren Parrish.
