Story
Retired New York radio presenter revived his provocative style from a 'pirate' ship, and is killed aboard by a cleverly improvised bomb, constructed from fireworks. His crazy 'acolyte' fans kidnap the corpse, but are innocent. On his living yacht in the marina, Steve arrests retired NYPD detective Tony Archer, who kidnapped the truant marina security agent.
