Story
When a police officer is shot, the team investigates. It seems he pulled over a car and someone in the car shot him and killed someone else. Dashboard video shows that the officer pulled someone over and he cuffed the driver and went to check in the trunk and someone came out and took the officer's gun and shot him and the driver and drove off. They learn that the man who was killed is a bounty hunter and think that the one in the trunk is someone he caught. They think they know who the fugitive is so they go to his place and find another bounty hunter there. He tells them the man is a serial killer from New York who is also a cop. They try to find him. Rachel calls Danny to tell something she's been keeping from him.
