Story
Wade's dream of opening his own bar depends, now Zoe failed to help him win seed money, on a business loan. Alas, his attempt to prepare bank official Peggy gives such a wrong impression that she cancels the official appointment, so Lavon can't swing the deal by co-signing. Tom Long presides, in his naive manner, over Bluebells's annual emergency exercise, which rekindles George and Lemon's fond memories of becoming intimate. Feeling an unwanted failure after misdiagnosing Rose's appendicitis, Zoe tries to cut off all emotional and social involvement with patients, and that failing, resolves to leave town. Adoptive father Evan offers her an internship at his new Boston surgical staff, but caught by Lavon sneaking out without proper goodbyes, she reconsiders.
