Story
Lox's continued fascination with cowboys concerns X, and she tasks Dovis with keeping an eye on him. Lox knocks over an iron in the Mother's boutique destroying her designs. X agrees to kinetise more material from Zyrgon and Dovis helps Mother recreate her work. Lox volunteers himself and Dovis as models when she presents to buyers. The show is a success and Mother is invited to take her collection to Paris. Qwrk anonymously submits (as "Deep Space") a revolutionary thesis on Footons to Channel 3's Weekend Science Show. The show tracks him down but to collect the $1000 prize, he must present his work on television. Coaching Father so he can present his work quickly proves hopeless so Qwrk rigs up a wireless system to feed him answers but the device is affected by interference. During the show, the radio system fails and Father is challenged by another scientist about his work. Father sneaks out in the middle of the show and the prize goes to the other man.
