Story
Emma's kid brother Elliott happened to see Rikki's mermaid tail in the water! He starts telling everyone he's seen a sea monster. To cover up, the girls and Lewis start building a fake monster, to make people think it was all a hoax. But it's too late - the whole town's out looking for the famous "Dolphin City Monster". Meanwhile underwater Bernie has injured his claw: unaware of all the commotion in the bay, he is waiting for the girls who promised to come help him. Murray takes advantage of Bernie's injury to make him doubt the girls' loyalty, in order to recruit him in the Vandal Gang.
