Story
While using the short-cut to school, Tigger inadvisably makes fun of the Travellers' camp's guard dog, and it chases him and Alex. They run in front of Kathy as she learns to drive, making her do an emergency stop. A mystery boy makes the dog turn around - it piques Emma's interest - Tanya calls the boy "The Dog Whisperer." They find his name is Kyle and he is in their class. Holly is organizing a surprise party for Baz: Chloe finds out and is determined to attend, so she can be near Max. Tanya's mystery friend, Luke intrigues Emma, who wonders why Tanya confirms that she is 16 on her mobile. Jeremy puts a request out for the radio, as though from Togger, declaring his love for Tanya and arranging a meeting. When it goes out, Tanya listens skeptically, but Togger has earplugs in so misses it. Karen starts up lunchtime free-dance classes, but finds it hard to get participants. With Tanya off meeting her "Luke" bloke, Emma is alone with Kyle, and they get on well. Lucy has some advice ...
