Story
People start signing up to the imminent car racing project, while both Max Humphries and Chloe have their eyes on the cash being collected. Max chases Tigger into the girls loos, but Togger is alerted and rescues his younger brother, but at the cost of free entry into the cars tournament. Thanks to Togger's humorous promotion - in reference to her inflatable bra, he puts up posters claiming her to be an uplifting candidate - Tanya is elected class representative, but she comes round to the idea, foreseeing that she can actually now change things. Jeremy asks Emma if Tanya might be interested in him - she is shocked, convinced he was about to ask her out. The incinerator project is given the go ahead - Holly uses her lip reading to "overhear" the teachers talking about it - but there's the unforeseen snag of a high price for the equipment.
