Story
Oswald's reemergence renders Falcone's camp furious, as well as Harvey who tuns on 'traitor' Gordon, as they presume it means a gang war. Don Falcone however remains stoic, forbids a clash and even accepts a lame gesture from rival Maroni. James decides to 'go down with a blaze', initiating prosecution of both gang lords and the mayor. Gordon instructs lover Barbara, who tipped him off, to leave the city, even if that means Victor Zsasz's mob army overpowering the precinct to take him, but she returns and falls into Faclone's clutches, yet he lets them both go and accepts "Penguin" Oswald's services as spy to eliminate loose canons.
