Story
Ten years ago, Harvey Bullock's partner Dix was crippled, so he had to resign and remained in a wheelchair, while they arrested the mad serial killer known as the Goat. Now two more murders are committed following his exact MO, targeting firstborn heirs of wealthy families, yet Bruce refuses to hide, claiming he has no family left to be taken from. An element of his weird ritual never revealed to the press convinces Harvey and his partners it is not a mere copycat, rather a mysterious accomplice. James has greater problems, as his lover refuses to return unless he confides in her and IA arrests him for the alleged murder of Oswald Cobblepot, who saves Gordon by proving he's alive and back with his doting, loony mother. Harvey notices a tic and consults the first goat and arrested prime suspect Raymond Earl/'s hypnotizing therapist.
