Story
The flu Futaro infects in the school camp sends him to hospital, where he found his inspection doctor is someone whom he has met before. The five quintuplets all visit the sicking Futaro, with Itsuki brings a stick of lucky charm in the hope of a speedy recovery. This reminds Futaro that the girl he met six years ago in the Kyoto trip also bought similar ones, and therefore he suspects the young Nakano is one of the five quintuplets. The other day, when Futaro arrives for a tutoring session, he encounters a towel-clad quintuplet. She runs away, leaving loads of zero-score paper. Futaro fails to identify who she is, realizing how hard to disguise the five quintuplets. Despite the eventual success of finding the culprit Ichika, Futaro still struggles to tell the quintuplets apart. All the works he has done is only to find out which quintuplet is the young Nakano he met six years ago in the Kyoto trip.
