Story
Naughty King Flannel does some skipping in the garden with Lady Chatalot, newsreader Arthur Sleep listens to a few popular tunes, fitness guru Keith Fitt demonstrates how to get fit for free, gardener Will Barrow has problems with some troublesome flying animals, prehistoric cave dwellers Ug and Ig do some drawing and make a massive rock pencil, lovable old storyteller Storybook Stan gets glued to the pages of a book, and Captain Adorable faces a new outer-space adversary in the form of the Orange of Doom. The show also features the Gigglekids - children from all around the country telling their favourite jokes; and Justin joins children onscreen for the best knock knock jokes. Finally there's some silly dancing fun in silly time!
