Story
Captain Adorable takes on a new outer-space adversary in the form of a green sock, newsreader Arthur Sleep has some problems with an annoying fly, fitness guru Keith Fitt demonstrates how not to do squats, fading acrobat act the Berrito Brothers show off their space hopping skills, location reporter Gail Force reports from an archaeological dig, gardener Will Barrow deals with a cheeky butterfly, explorer Rapids Johnson finds some bear tracks in the woods, and cave dwellers Ug and Ig make some mittens out of rock. The show also features the Gigglekids - children from all around the country telling their favourite jokes; and Justin joins children onscreen for the best knock knock jokes. Finally there's some silly dancing fun in silly time!
