Story
Cap witnesses a Chinese satellite crash off course into the ocean and a C.I.A. agent arrives in Bal Harbor to investigate. Cap pulls the satellite to deeper water where he is met by the agent and, unexpectedly, Chinese officials. A showdown ensues.
