Story
Teen brat Jess Fuller and, unintentionally, her bothersome mother Sue Fuller are kidnapped. Father John Fuller is clueless why the abductors chose his family, not being rich, but the team soon realizes the key is estranged, filthy rich grandmother Elaine Stearns. They find her in contact with a suspect, ruthless estate manager Tyler Hewitt, who also cruelly manipulates his softy accomplice Vasquez, who isn't willing to coldly dispose of inconvenient witnesses. Ed Lane suspects Kevin Wordsworth of hiding a drug problem and refuses to look away.
