Story
The team surrounds the abandoned glass factory where Victor Ackland has his white supremacist HQ. He's among those who get away and plans are found for a synchronized set of bombs. Danny Butler, who disarmed a shooter and tipped off the team in the first place, implores help to save his kid brother, Travis (17). Travis considered their orphan siblings bond broken because Danny was dating a black girl. Time almost runs out before the SRU figures out the target, a new citizens pledge, where Sam and Danny must talk Travis out of a suicide bombing.
