Story
Physically superior newbie Sam insists and gets on the job training in his weak area, negotiation. Implacable bitch bank manager Ruth Skellar is taken hostage, with several staff, for $500,000 ransom. Initially the SRU assumes another job of the Monday robber, but this one is less clinical and gets caught He ends up being identified as George Orston, the former security supervisor she fired. Greg thinks the key is George's handicapped wife, who needs institutional care. But nasty surprises follow although nobody wants bloodshed.
