Story
Flashbacks tell the (fictitious) story of Flemish pop star and culture guru Bent van Looy, he is found drowned in a lake after a party at retired Tv celeb Tomas De Soete's home, where he lived in virtual isolation. He soon got ignored be most former showbiz mates, and when Ben turned up at a party a year earlier but refused to talk to the only press representative, Tomas public face-slapped Bent. The same reporter Johnny Pleetinckx smells a major scoop as Tomas has a blackout and makes a run for it, searched by the clumsy local police.
