Story
With Romeo and Torres revealed to be working for the CIA, who are backing Galindo in their war with Lobo Sonora, the RICO case against both the Sons and the Irish Kings collapses. When they reveal their CIA involvement to Jax, they tell him that unless the deal with the Kings goes through, they will green-light RICO, and if anyone finds out who they really are, they'll destroy SAMCRO. However, because the Kings will only deal with Clay, Jax must allow him to remain in the Sons. Before he leaves town, Potter strikes Juice's involvement in the investigation from the record, and reveals to city council that Jacob's final few investors are Asian pornographers, quashing Charming Heights. Meanwhile, SAMCRO is reorganized; Jax becomes president, with Chibs the new sergeant-at-arms. Jax offers Opie the role of VP, but Opie rejects him, and quickly becomes distanced from the Sons, unable to understand why Jax is insisting Clay remains alive, and a voting member.
