Story
By promising to sell the Mayans guns in the future, Clay has averted a war, but must now deal with the fact that ATF know about the Sons' IRA pipeline. Hale goes behind Unser's back and gives Stahl info on the recent shootings, leading to her returning to Charming. Focusing her investigation on the murdered Port Commissioner who had McKeavey killed, Stahl plans to use the provisions of the RICO Act to side-step her lack of direct evidence; under the Act, anyone who is shown to be part of an ongoing criminal organization can be arrested, and the leaders of such of an organization can be charged with crimes carried out by its members.
