Story
Two weeks into the Everest climbing season, high-altitude medic Jeff Evans and his Alpine Rescue Service helicopter team face new challenges. Risking their lives to save others, they perform a rare and nearly impossible rescue, landing a helicopter deep within the treacherous Khumbu Icefall, locate a remote village to provide life-saving medical care to a young man and battle extreme weather to extract two severely ill climbers from Camp 2. With four sick patients, the ARS needs all hands on deck to get everyone home alive.
