Story
Alastair helps a couple called Mo and Tim find a 4 bedroom home in SW Devon in the South Hams district which falls into an area of "Outstanding Natural Beauty" . This area is the most expensive in Devon. This couple would like a home that offers potential for an income. Alastair learns about a charity that is helping Dartmoor Ponies which are now on the danger list. Tim and Mo have been married for 9 years. Tim is a retired IT Consultant and they met while being part of an amateur dramatic society.
