Story
Olivia is hired by the police department to help when a young black man is shot by a policeman but his father shows up at where his body is with a shotgun and refuses to let them take his son until they tell him why he was killed. The policeman says he had a weapon. But some people are inciting a riot saying the boy was not a criminal. Olivia tries to get David to help but he won't. The White House is looking for a new Vice President. The best choice is a woman from New Mexico but she has desires for the Presidency which doesn't make Mellie happy.
