Story
Enos and Turk are assigned to the mean streets of Los Angeles, where a crime boss (who puts on a black glove when he wants to enforce his rule) has a group of teenagers pulling off thefts for him. Meanwhile, Lilly is a retired silent screen actress who has taken one of the young thieves under her wing and leads a community-activist group trying to reclaim her neighborhood.
