Story
Lavernes husband Nick can't take her to the baseball players wives banquet, so Harry offers to go in his place. After a miscommunication of gossip, Laverne lies to Nick saying she's having an affair with Harry. In attempt to win his woman back, Nick decides to have a showdown of wits with Harry. Meanwhile, Carol and Barbara are arguing about how to deal with the mouse living in their kitchen. Soon a broom goes flying and the girls are rushing off to the vet, with nibbles in tow.
