Story
Emil sticks his head into the serving bowl to get at the last drop of the delicious soup. His nose gets stuck on the inside of the brim and he can't get his head back out. His father is reluctant to smash the expensive bowl and decides it's cheaper to bring Emil to the doctor in town. Emil, on his best behavior, bows deeply when greeting the doctor and hits the bowl with his head in it against the doctor's desk, thus freeing himself. The father finds all the pieces and decides to stick the bowl back together when they get home. Now Emil's little sister wants to know how he managed to get stuck in it, she tries it out and next thing she is stuck with her head in the bowl. This time, the mother doesn't hesitate, she takes the poker and smashes the bowl to smithereens.
