Story
When Carolina's actress mother enters the hospital (ostensibly for a heart attack but later determined to be an overdose), eager reporters descend upon the school seeking dirt. Against Héctor's better judgment, Elsa holds a press conference where, easily flustered, she makes matters worse. When Miguel tells Paula there is no God, Evelyn performs a makeshift baptism so she won't go to Hell. Fermin's superiors release him with instructions to do better in the next week. Back when Iván ran away, he hooked up with his kissing cousin, Manuela Portillo, who cryptically revealed that his mother and father aren't his mother and father. Now, for proof, she sends him his death certificate. As Iván wonders who he is, the gang makes contact with Judge Susana Saavedra, formerly one of the orphans pronounced dead, who finds their story incredible, as well as the sight of Paula.
