Story
Frank wishes he could drive cars again, so he manages to build a methane-powered vehicle. His car immediately becomes the talk of the town and now everyone wants one. Despite their popularity, the town council decides to ban cars since they make too much noise that disrupts the town's idyllic daily life, pollute the environment and threaten the town's traditional dinosaur-based transportation system. Since mayoral election is being held soon, Frank decides to enter the race against fiscally cautious Zipeau and the beloved current Mayor as a third party maverick candidate with only one goal in mind - to make his cars legal again. Marion warns him that Dinotopia had already had a chance to involve into an industrial society but eventually decided not to, since it would ruin their peaceful way of life and produce much misery for many traditionalist Dinotopians during the long and complicated transitioning period from one system to the other.
