Story
Grasegger has her classical reservations about lovable looser nephew Freddy Hautzenberger's new job, selling in advance shops and apartments in in Rosenheim's first-ever skyscraper "Rosentower", which he got from a friend's friend Christian Rehlinger, whose firm is coordinating the project, to be financed mainly by a Gulf Arab, joined by a real estate fund. After Rehlinger is found skull-smashed, Anton Stadler and Verena Danner find it was all a monumental swindle, to steal some 2 million from manager Bettina Lautenschläger's fund. Rehlinger had an affair with her, so did wife and heiress Charlotte Rehlinger find out? he also bribed Julian Jäger, Rosenheim city's planning official in charge. Freddy Hautzenberger even tries to seduce Verena to buy an apartment, but the whole project falls through.
